In 1971, under Francoís rule in Spain, the cover of the Rolling Stones latest album, Sticky Fingers was deemed obscene. To allow its release in Spain, this alternate cover was used. Only about 25,000 copies were sold with this cover, until Francoís rule ended and the zipper cover replaced it. Interestingly, the song on the album Sister Morphine was also banned in Spain, so the Chuck Berry cover song, Let it Rock replaced it.
